How long do custom orders take?
Production takes 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time is additional. Wedding Favours and Laser Gifts are not currently available. See our FAQ.
Can I send my own artwork?
Yes. We accept print-ready PDF, AI, SVG, PSD, PNG and high-resolution JPEG. If it needs adjusting or recreating for the medium, we'll tell you what's possible and what it'll cost before anything is touched.
I don't have a design — can you create one?
Yes. Send your names, date, theme and colours. We send a digital proof before production and allow a reasonable number of artwork revisions.
