Yes. On this website, stubby cooler and stubby holder are two names for the same personalised drink holder. Choose 6mm standard coolers or 3mm foldable coolers, then personalise the design with your names, date, artwork or logo.

For our ready-to-personalise designs, go to our Etsy shop, pick a design and add your names/date/colours in the personalisation box at checkout. For fully custom work, start a brief on our Custom Orders page.

Yes — you can mix designs and names within a single order. Useful for weddings where bridal party, groomsmen and guests each get a different print. Flag it in the personalisation notes or the custom brief.

Yes. Print-ready PDF, AI, SVG, PSD, PNG or high-resolution JPEG (300dpi at print size). If it needs adjusting or recreating to work on the medium, we'll tell you what's possible and what it'll cost before touching it.

Send your names, date, theme and colours. We send a digital proof before production and allow a reasonable number of artwork revisions.

Always. Every custom order gets a digital proof for written approval. Once you sign off, production starts — not before.

Yes, every state and territory. Tracked Australia Post standard and express available at checkout. You get a tracking number at dispatch.

Message us with your required arrival date, quantity and delivery postcode before ordering. Production takes 7–10 business days after artwork approval, with shipping additional; a short deadline is not a guaranteed delivery promise.

Standard stubby coolers are 6mm thick; foldable coolers are 3mm thick.

We do not promise that a print will never fade or wear. Contact us for care guidance for your particular cooler, or if you have a concern about its condition.

Personalised and custom-made items are generally non-returnable for change-of-mind, because they can't be resold. This is standard across print-on-demand — but see the next question for what we always cover.

If the issue is our fault — wrong artwork, print defect, damaged in transit, or a name we were supplied correctly but misspelled — we remake and ship the replacement at our cost. Message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We print exactly what's in the approved proof. If a typo came through your personalisation, we can't refund — but we'll always offer a discounted reprint to put it right. Double-check proofs carefully before approving.

Orders are paid through Etsy at checkout. For a custom enquiry, confirm the order details and payment arrangements with us before committing; submitting a brief does not place an order.

Payment is handled through Etsy checkout. Do not include card details in our enquiry form.
